DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area

DTC Confirmation Procedure
1) Warm up engine to normal operating temperature.
2) Run engine at idle speed for 20 sec.
DTC Troubleshooting
1. Was "Engine and Emission Control System Check" performed?
YES
Go to Step 2.
NO
Go to Engine and Emission Control System Check Engine and Emission Control System Check.
2. Throttle actuator drive circuit check
Confirm that ignition mode of keyless push start system is in "OFF".
Disconnect connectors.
Check for proper terminal connection to "C01", "E01" and throttle body assembly connectors.
If connections are OK, check the following points.
Resistance of "B1" and "B2" circuits: less than 1
Resistance of "B1" and "B2" circuits between throttle body assembly connector and ground: infinity
Resistance between "B1" circuit terminal and other terminals at throttle body assembly connector: infinity
Resistance between "B2" circuit terminal and other terminals at throttle body assembly connector: infinity
Voltage of "B1" and "B2" circuits: 0 - 1 V (with ignition mode of keyless push start system in "ON")
Are they in good condition?
YES
Go to Step 3.
NO
Repair or replace defective wire harness.
3. TP sensor (main) signal circuit check
Check the following points.
Resistance of "C2" circuit: less than 1
Resistance of "C2" circuit between throttle body assembly connector and ground: infinity
Resistance between "C2" circuit terminal and other terminals at throttle body assembly connector: infinity
Voltage of "C2" circuit: 0 - 1 V (with ignition mode of keyless push start system in "ON")
Are they in good condition?
YES
Go to Step 4.
NO
Repair or replace defective wire harness.
4. Throttle body assembly check
Check throttle body for operation and condition. Testing and Inspection
Is it in good condition?
YES
Replace ECM and recheck DTC. Service and Repair
NO
Replace throttle body assembly. Throttle Body Assembly Removal and Installation
