REAR SUSPENSION: REAR COIL SPRING: INSTALLATION
HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
* A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.
1. INSTALL REAR UPPER COIL SPRING INSULATOR LH
(a) Install the rear upper coil spring insulator to the rear coil spring.

NOTICE:
Install the rear upper coil insulator so that the distance between the stopper and upper end of the rear coil spring is 10 mm (0.394 in.) or less.
2. INSTALL REAR LOWER COIL SPRING INSULATOR LH
3. INSTALL REAR COIL SPRING LH
(a) Install the rear coil spring to the rear No. 2 suspension arm.

NOTICE:
* Install the rear coil spring so that the identification marks are positioned as shown in the illustration.
* Install the rear coil spring so that its end is within the range shown in the illustration.
(b) Using a jack and wooden block, raise the vehicle gradually to install the rear No. 2 suspension arm to the rear axle carrier. Then temporarily install the bolt and nut.
4. TEMPORARILY INSTALL REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY LH Installation
5. TEMPORARILY INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH Installation
6. STABILIZE SUSPENSION Installation
7. TIGHTEN REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY LH Installation
8. TIGHTEN REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Tighten the bolts of the suspension arm.
Torque : 90 Nm (918 kgf-cm, 66 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
Since a stopper nut is used, tighten the bolt.
9. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH Installation
10. INSPECT AND ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
