SEAT BELT: FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Removal
3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Removal
4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Removal
5. REMOVE SIDE NO. 1 TRIM ASSEMBLY LH Removal
6. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH Removal
7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
CAUTION: Carefully read the notices for the pretensioner in the SRS airbag system section and the front seat outer belt section Service Precautions.

(a) Disconnect the pretensioner connector as shown in the illustration.
(b) Remove the bolt and floor anchor.
