DTC B1187/55 Short to GND in Front Passenger Side Squib 2nd Step Circuit

DESCRIPTION

DTC Detection Condition:

The front passenger side squib (2nd step) circuit consists of the center airbag sensor and the front passenger airbag.

The circuit instructs the SRS to deploy when deployment conditions are met.

DTC B1187/55 is recorded when a ground short is detected in the front passenger side squib (2nd step) circuit.
