Steps 1-7:

The number below refers to the step number on the diagnostic table.
4. Test the Low, Med 1, Med 2 and High blower motor control circuits for an short to voltage. The High blower motor control circuit uses the Body Control Module (BCM) as a junction block. Be sure to check all three High blower motor control circuits.
