The fault is caused by a stop between the tank and the shut-off valve atmospheric connection.
^ Check the following components:
^ The hose between the tank and the carbon filter
^ Carbon filter
^ The hose between the carbon filter and the shut-off valve
^ EVAP shut-off valve
^ Rectify the fault.
