- Refit the pin into the connector.
- Plug in the connector.







Unplug the connector
- Main instrument unit 12-pin connector (540)






















- Connect a test lamp to B+ and pin 10 of the MIU (K12).







- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.







- Rotate the LH rear wheel.







- The test lamp should flash.

Checking the wiring harness
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at several places and in different directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short circuits in the wiring harness. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.
