ISAT Scan Tool Communication

The transmission control module communicates with the ISAT scan tool via pin 23.

Communication is two-way and consists of both input and output signals.

The data link connector is located under the dashboard on the driver's side.

With the ignition switch in the ON position and the ISAT scan tool connected, the voltage on pin 23 is 9-11 V.
