Radio/Stereo: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate.
2. Remove the bolts from the radio.




3. Pull the radio from the instrument panel.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector and the antenna from the radio.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Connect the electrical connector and the antenna to the radio.




2. Align and press the radio into the instrument panel until fully seated.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the bolts to the radio.

Tighten
Tighten the radio bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate.
