Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove the evaporator. Service and Repair.

CAUTION:
Cap or wrap the joint of the pipe with suitable material such as vinyl tape to avoid the entry of air.





2.Mark the mounting position of the thermo control amp. and then remove the thermo control amp. (1) from the evaporator (2).

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
- Do not reuse O-rings.
- Apply A/C oil to the O-rings of the A/C piping for installation.
- Install the thermo control amp. at the mark made during removal of the thermo control amp.
- When recharging refrigerant, check for leaks.
