Mode Door Cable Adjustment

1.Remove the glove box assembly. Removal And Installation.





2.Remove the outer cable of the mode door cable (1) from the clamp (A).
3.Set the mode control dial to the VENT position.
4.Push the main link (2) in the direction shown by the arrow, and then carefully pull the outer cable to the controller side, and install the clamp (A).
5.Operate the mode control dial to insure that the inner cable moves smoothly.

CAUTION:
When clamping the outer cable, do not move the inner cable.
6.Turn the mode control dial to each position.
7.Confirm that the discharge air comes out according to the air distribution table. Discharge Air Flow.
