Removal and Installation for Expansion Valve

The expansion valve is serviced as part of the evaporator and expansion valve assembly. Service and Repair.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Expansion valve bolts: 3.9 Nm (0.40 kg-m, 35 in-lb)

CAUTION:
- Replace the O-rings with new ones, then apply compressor oil to them when installing them.
