Removal And Installation




REFRIGERANT LINES

Removal and Installation for Compressor - MR20DE












REMOVAL

1.Discharge the refrigerant. HFC-134A (R-134A) Service Procedure.
2.Remove the engine undercover.
3.Remove the splash shield (RH). Removal And Installation.
4.Release the drive belt.
5.Disconnect the compressor connector.
6.Disconnect the high-pressure flexible hose and low-pressure flexible hose.

CAUTION:
Cap or wrap the joint of the hose with a suitable material such as vinyl tape to avoid the entry of any contaminants.
7.Remove the compressor bolts using power tool, then remove the compressor.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
- Do not reuse O-rings.
- Apply A/C oil to the O-ring of the low pressure flexible hose and high-pressure flexable hose for installation.
- After charging the A/C refrigerant, check for leaks. Checking Of Refrigerant Leaks.
