TCM conducts fault detection by monitoring the internal calculated value.

JUDGEMENT CRITERIA
Percentage change in pulley ratio is larger than the standard value.

PROBABLE CAUSES
^ Malfunction of TCM

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

STEP 1. Symptom recheck after erasing diagnosis code

Q: Is the check result normal?
YES: Intermittent malfunction
NO: Replace TCM.
