Front Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair

51 33 000 - Removing and installing (replacing) power window unit in left or right front door





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front door window glass Service and Repair
- Remove treble speaker Removing and Installing/Replacing Tweeter in front door





Remove plugs (1).
Unfasten screws (2).
Tightening torque 51 33 1AZ Power Windows, Front.





Release screws (1).
Tightening torque 51 33 2AZ Power Windows, Front.
Unfasten screws (2).
Tightening torque 51 33 3AZ Power Windows, Front.
Unhook cables from clips (3 and 4).





Move front power window rail to expose power window motor.
Detach plug connection (1) from power window motor.
Remove power window unit from front door.

Replacement:
Remove flat motor for power window unit Service and Repair.
