Normal Operation
Smart junction box (SJB) fuse 19 (10A) supplies fused ignition voltage to the stoplamp switch through circuit 810 (RD/LG), when the ignition switch is in the RUN/START position. When the brake pedal is applied, voltage is supplied along the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module.
Possible Causes
^ Fuse
^ Circuit open
^ Stoplamp switch
^ ABS module
CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multi-meter probes.
