Normal Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) receives a ground input from the door lock control switches to lock or unlock the doors, the SJB supplies voltage to the door latches to lock or unlock the doors.
DTC B1309 - is an on-demand DTC that sets if the SJB detects a short to ground on the driver door lock switch circuit CPL42 (GY/YE).
DTC B1341 - is an on-demand DTC that sets if the SJB detects a short to ground on the driver door unlock switch circuit CPL43 (VT/GY).
Possible Causes
- Circuit CPL42 (GY/YE) open, short to ground or voltage
- Circuit CPL43 (VT/GY) open, short to ground or voltage
- Door lock control switch
- SJB
