The SJB receives voltage from the battery junction box (BJB) on circuit SBB19 (BU/RD) and ground on circuit GD116 (BK/VT).

Possible Causes
- fuse
- circuit SBB19 (BU/RD) open
- circuit GD116 (BK/VT) open
