A3-A4:

Normal Operation
Under normal operation, when the headlamps are turned ON, the headlamp switch sends a ground signal to the smart junction box (SJB) through circuit 1402 (RD/WH). The SJB then sends voltage to the headlamp low beams through (LH) circuit 1338 (WH) and (RH) circuit 1336 (LG/WH).

Possible Causes
- An open in circuit 1402 (RD/WH)
- A short to ground in circuit 1338 (WH) or 1336 (LG/WH)
- Headlamp switch
- Smart junction box (SJB)
