Door Lock Arm/ Disarm Switch

View Looking Into Component Connector:

1. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch terminals 1 and 2. The resistance should be 1000 ohms. If not, replace the door lock arm/disarm switch.
2. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch terminals 1 and 3. The resistance should be 1000 ohms. If not, replace the door lock arm/disarm switch.
3. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch terminals 2 and 3. The resistance should be 1000 ohms. If not, replace the door lock arm/disarm switch.
4. Insert the door key and turn to the LOCK (arm) position.
5. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch terminals 2 and 3. If the resistance is greater than 10,000 ohms, replace the door lock arm/disarm switch.
6. Insert the door key and turn to the UNLOCK (disarm) position.
7. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch terminals 1 and 3. If the resistance is greater than 10,000 ohms, replace the door lock arm/disarm switch.
