A - Brakes Pull or Drift

A1- Road Test Vehicle
- Road test vehicle and apply brake pedal.
- Does vehicle pull or drift?
YES
- Go to A2.
NO - Vehicle OK.

A2- Tire Inspection
- Check for excessive wear or improper tire pressure.
- Are tires good?
YES
- Go to A3.
NO - Inflate tires to proper pressure. Replace excessively worn tires and repeat A1.

A3- Brake Shoe and Lining Inspection
- Inspect brake shoe and lining for grease or fluid on linings and/or wear concerns.
- Are any concerns present?
YES
- Replace brake shoe and lining and repeat A1.
NO - Go to A4.

A4- Pressure Control Valve Test-RH Rear
- Install pressure gauges in LH front and RH rear bleeder screws.
- Apply brake to read 6895 kPa (1000 psi) at LH front wheel.
- Read pressure at LH rear wheel.
- Does pressure gauge read between 4692-5164 kPa (680-750 psi) at rear wheel.
YES
- Inspect calipers and replace or rebuild as required and go to A5.
NO - Replace RH rear brake pressure control valve and go to A5.

A5- Pressure Control Valve Test-LH Rear
- Install pressure gauges in LH front and RH rear bleeder screws.
- Apply brake to read 6895 kPa (1000 psi) at LH front wheel.
- Read pressure at LH rear wheel.
- Does pressure gauge read between 4692-5164 kPa (680-750 psi) at rear wheel.
YES
- Inspect calipers and replace or rebuild as required.
NO - Replace RH rear brake pressure control valve.
