Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve: Service and Repair

NOTE: The power brake booster check valve is pressed into the hose. An arrow on the hose indicates the direction of vacuum flow.

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the check valve vacuum hose from the vacuum outlet manifold.
2. Remove power brake booster check valve from power brake booster.

NOTE: Use care not to push grommet into booster.

INSTALLATION
1. Install power brake booster check valve into power brake booster.
2. Connect check valve vacuum hose to vacuum outlet manifold.
