C1095-5: Check ABS Valve Power Circuit

- Using a voltmeter, measure the voltage between breakout box pin 13 and a known good ground.

- Is there a minimum of 10 volts?

YES -- DTC C1095 diagnosis complete. Restore vehicle.

NO -- Go to C1095-6. C1095-6: Check ABS Valve Power Circuit For Short to Ground
