B1318-9: Check ABS Valve Power Circuit

- Using a voltmeter, measure the voltage between breakout box pin 13 and a known good ground.

- Is there a minimum of 10 volts?

YES -- B1318 diagnosis complete. Restore vehicle.

NO -- Go to B1318-10. B1318-10: Check ABS Valve Power Circuit For Short to Ground
