H23 Check Pump Motor Speed Sensor Short to B+

- Turn ignition switch ON.

- Measure voltage between breakout box pins 31 and 60.

- Is there voltage?

YES -- Go to H24. H24 Check Circuit 462

NO -- Go to H26. H26 Check Motor Speed Sensor Short to Ground
