FB1 - Power Supply to Fuel Pump

^ Key "OFF".

^ Disconnect the fuel pump connector at the fuel pump assembly.

Data Link Connector:

^ Jump the fuel pump test terminal to ground.

^ Key "ON".

^ Measure the voltage at the "BK/PK" wire at the fuel pump connector.

^ Is the voltage between 10 and 14 volts?

YES -- Go to FB2. FB2 - In-Line Fuel Filter Condition

NO -- Go to Fuel Pressure Test. Testing and Inspection
