Clearing Trouble Codes

NOTE: Ford DOES NOT provide procedures other than those described to retrieve or clear trouble codes.

1. Press CLEAR ALL button.
2. Cycle ignition switch to OFF position, then back to RUN position. Press trigger. All codes will be cleared, unless there is a continuous fault.
3. A road test may be necessary to determine if certain faults and codes exist. If a road test is necessary, check for codes after road test.
