A3 Check Fuse 22 (7.5A) Output

- Turn ignition switch to the RUN position.

- Using Rotunda 73 Digital Multimeter 007-R0051 or equivalent set to volts DC, check output side of fuse 22 (7.5A) cavity for voltage.

- Is voltage reading 10 volts or more?

YES -- Service Circuit 91 (BK/BL) for open circuit. Restore vehicle. Retest system.

NO -- Go to A4. A4 Check Circuit 74 (BL) For Short to Ground
