DN42 - Check Vacuum Hose Between EVR Solenoid & EGR Valve

- Carefully check EGR vacuum hose from EGR valve to EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR) solenoid for obstructions, cracks, loose connectors, blockage, kinks, leaks, etc.

- Is vacuum hose in good condition?

Yes -- Check EVR solenoid filter for obstructions. Replace as necessary. If OK, replace EVR solenoid assembly. Reconnect vacuum hose. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)

No -- Service vacuum hose as necessary. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
