DD101 - Check EGR Valve Vacuum Line

- EGR valve vacuum line disconnected at both ends.

- Inspect the EGR valve vacuum line from the EGR valve to the EGR Vacuum (EGRV) / EGR Atmospheric (EGRA) solenoids for obstructions, cracks, and kinks, etc.

- Is EGR valve vacuum line in good condition?

Yes -- Reconnect EGR valve vacuum line. Go to DD102. DD102 - Check EGRA Solenoid Vacuum Line

No -- Service EGR valve vacuum line as necessary. Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
