E2 Check Pump Motor Relay

- Remove pump motor relay.

- Check for continuity between pin 30 and test pin on the relay.

- Is continuity present?

YES -- Replace pump motor relay.

NO -- Reverify that pump motor runs with ignition switch OFF.
