X30 - Cooling Fan Always On: Disconnect CCRM and Check Fan

NOTE: For proper results of this test step, a "pass" Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 111 must have been received during EEC-IV Self-Test.

- Accessories "OFF" (A/C, etc.)

- Key "ON", verify "cooling fan always on" symptom.

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM).

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Is cooling fan still on?

Yes -- Key "OFF". Go to X31. X31 - Check Low Speed Power to Fan Circuit For Short to Power

No -- For vehicles that use R134a A/C refrigerant : Go to X32. X32 - Check Dual Function A/C Pressure Switch

All others: Key "OFF". Replace CCRM. Re-evaluate symptom.
