JC38 - Check For C3 Low at Coil Connector - Coil Disconnected

- Key Off.

- Disconnect left coil pack from coil tee, leave EI diagnostic harness connected to vehicle harness left coil connector.

- DVOM on 40 volt DC scale.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Measure voltage between (+)J10 (LC3C) and (-)J7 (B-) at breakout box.

- Is DC voltage reading less than 0.5 volts?

YES -- GO to JC39. JC39 - Check For C4 Low at Coil Connector - Coil Disconnected

NO -- C3 high fault. GO to JC46. JC46 - Check For C3 Low - ICM and Coil Disconnected - KOEO
