JA34 - Check CKP+ Bias at ICM - KOEO

- Key Off.

- DVOM on 40 volt DC scale.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Do not use an incandescent lamp to check CKP+ or CKP-. The lamp will prevent the circuit from operating.

- Measure voltage between (+)J48 (CKP+ I) and (-)J7 (B-) at breakout box.

- Is DC voltage between 1.0 and 2.0 volts?

YES -- Go to JA40. JA40 - Check CKP Sensor Amplitude at ICM - KOEC

NO -- Bias fault. Go to JA35. JA35 - Check CKP+ Bias Sensor Disconnected - Bias Fault - KOEO
