LP2 - Turbo Wastegate Function

Turbocharger Wastegate:

^ Disconnect the connecting rod from the wastegate lever.

^ Manually rotate the lever from the fully open to position.

^ Does the wastegate lever move freely?

YES -- Go to LP3. LP3 - Charge Air Cooler Leakage

NO -- Replace the turbocharger.
