Vacuum Pump: Service and Repair

NOTE: Supply pumps with/without output for control of the starter lockout relay and supply pumps with input for CL interior control switch are not interchangeable.

Panelling (1) in trunk, right
Remove.

Bracket (2) on side member
Unclip (arrow).

Foam cube (3)
Pull from bracket and open.

Supply pump (M14/1, M14/2)
Take out.

Pneumatic distribution plug (a, b) and pneumatic lines and electrical connector
Disconnect, for this purpose loosen retainer.

Electrical function of central locking Testing and Inspection or pneumatic function of supply pump (M14/1, M14/2) Testing and Inspection.

Supply pump (M14/1, M14/2)
Reinstall in opposite order.
