Differential Pressure Regulator: Service and Repair

Component Locations:

1. Remove the electrical connector.
2. With the ignition OFF relieve the fuel pressure by loosening the fuel line between the fuel distributor and the cold start valve. Capture escaping fuel with a cloth.

Electro-Hydraulic Actuator:

3. Remove the electro-hydraulic actuator retaining screws.

Electro-Hydraulic Actuator Removal:

4. Remove the electro-hydraulic actuator.
5. Replace o-rings and install in reverse manner.
