Cause/remedy:

Transmission oil is drawn out of the engine via the defective diaphragm in the vacuum unit or vacuum element ("E"/"S" programme of the control pressure cable).

1. Replace vacuum unit and clean vacuum lines.

2. Replace control pressure cable and check all systems such as, for example, vacuum system, hi-pressure pump and seat adjustment (model 140), clean lines if necessary.
