Heater Control Valve: Service and Repair

Removing and Installing Heater Valve

Removal
1 Remove cover of air intake Procedures





2 Pull vacuum line from heater valve.





3 Loosen hose clamps on heater valve.
4 Pull off hoses and remove heater valve.


Installation
5 For installation proceed vice versa.

NOTE: When inserting heater valve be sure to pay attention to direction of flow. Lettering "water inlet" against front wall.
