1. CONFIRM LIGHT POSITION

(a) Check the malfunctioning door courtesy light.

(b) Disconnect the P11 light connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

4. CHECK FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT LH (OPERATION)

(a) Temporarily replace the front door courtesy light LH with a new or normally functioning one Disassembly.

(b) Check the front door courtesy light LH operation.

OK:

Front door courtesy light LH operation is normal.

5. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (DOOR COURTESY LIGHT)

(a) Using the Techstream, perform the Active Test.

7. CHECK FRONT COURTESY LIGHT RH (OPERATION)

(a) Temporarily replace the front door courtesy light RH with a new or normally functioning one Disassembly.

(b) Check the front door courtesy light RH operation.

10. CHECK REAR COURTESY LIGHT LH (OPERATION)

(a) Temporarily replace the rear door courtesy light LH with a new or normally functioning one Removal.

(b) Check the rear door courtesy light LH operation.

OK:

Rear door courtesy light LH operation is normal.
