Disassembly

AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (for Rear Side): DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT

(a) Remove the 2 screws and duct.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER AIR DUCT

(a) Remove the 2 screws and duct.

3. REMOVE REAR COOLER FILTER

(a) Remove the rear cooler filter.

4. REMOVE COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE A

(a) Remove the packing and butyl tape.

(b) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

(c) Remove the screw and plate.

(d) Remove the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

(e) Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

5. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Detach the clamp.

(c) Remove the expansion valve from the cooler refrigerant suction pipe A.

6. REMOVE COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION PIPE A

(a) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

(b) Remove the cooler refrigerant suction pipe A.

(c) Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler refrigerant suction pipe A.

7. REMOVE ROOF BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and damper servo.

8. REMOVE ROOF BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and damper servo.

9. REMOVE DIFFUSE MODE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and damper servo.

10. REMOVE EXHAUST MODE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 3 screws and damper servo.

11. REMOVE SMOKE SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the screw and sensor.

12. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN (REAR) MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 3 screws and motor.

13. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE

(a) Remove the drain cooler hose as indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

14. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER HARNESS

(a) Detach the 2 clamps and remove the wire harness.

15. REMOVE EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (REAR)

(a) Remove the 4 screws and evaporator cover.

(b) Remove the 12 screws and rear cooling unit case (lower side).
