Removal

SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. OPEN METALTOP ROOF Removal

2. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM GARNISH LH Removal

3. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM GARNISH RH Removal

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH Removal

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH Removal

6. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor end of the rear seat 3 point type inner belt assembly LH.





7. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY WITH REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE FRONT PACKAGE TRAY TRIM BOARD

(a) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws.





(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the belt guide from the front package tray trim board.

(c) Remove the 2 bolts.





(d) Disengage the 2 claws, 2 clips and guide and remove the front package tray trim board.

10. REMOVE ROLL OVER GARNISH LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and open the tether cover as shown in the illustration.





(b) Remove the 2 bolts.





(c) Disengage the 7 claws and remove the roll over garnish LH.

11. REMOVE REAR PACKAGE TRAY END PLATE (for LH Side)

(a) Remove the rear package tray end plate.

12. REMOVE ROLL OVER GARNISH RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

13. REMOVE REAR PACKAGE TRAY END PLATE (for RH Side)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

14. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and package tray bracket.





15. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts.





(b) Remove the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly as shown in the illustration.
