Installation

SEAT BELT: FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.





Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

(b) for Driver seat:





(1) Connect the connectors and engage the 6 clamps.

(c) for Passenger seat:

(1) Connect the connectors and engage the 2 clamps.

2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT REAR OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT REAR INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

8. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) for Driver seat:





(1) Connect the front seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

(b) for Passenger seat:





(1) Connect the front seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

(2) Connect the connector.





CAUTION:
* Set the wire as shown in the illustration.
* Do not apply excessive force when setting the wire.
9. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

(a) Engage the 7 claws and install the seat belt anchor cover cap.





10. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

NOTICE:
Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal Repair Instruction - Initialization.

11. INSPECT FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
