P410 HYBRID TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: SHIFT LEVER: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

NOTICE:
* If the transmission instrument panel shift assembly is to be replaced with a new one, it is necessary to clear the learned shift sensor voltage values by disconnecting and reconnecting the cable of the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
* After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work Service Precautions.

2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD Removal

3. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Removal

4. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD Removal

5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH Removal

6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE Removal

7. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

8. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Removal

10. REMOVE UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH Removal

11. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH Removal

12. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

13. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY Removal

14. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX POCKET Removal

15. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET Removal

16. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal

17. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX INSERT Removal

18. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX LH Removal

19. REMOVE TRANSMISSION INSTRUMENT PANEL SHIFT ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 nuts and separate the transmission instrument panel shift assembly.





(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the transmission instrument panel shift assembly.
