Installation

SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Temporarily install the rear seat outer belt assembly.

(b) Install the bolt [C].

Torque : 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

(c) Install the rear seat outer belt assembly with the bolt [B].

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

(d) Install the shoulder anchor of the rear seat outer belt assembly with the bolt [A].

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY Installation

4. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the floor end of the rear seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH Installation

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER RH (for RH Side) Installation

12. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER Installation

13. INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER Installation

14. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD Installation

15. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

16. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

17. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

18. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/o Woofer) Installation

19. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD (w/o Woofer) Installation

20. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD (w/ Woofer) Installation

21. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE (for RH Side) Installation

22. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH Installation

23. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD Installation

24. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

25. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD Installation

26. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side) Installation

27. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side) Installation

28. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK Installation

29. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation
