2GR-FSE INTAKE / EXHAUST: EXHAUST PIPE: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER LH Removal

2. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER RH Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 2 FLOOR UNDER COVER Removal

5. REMOVE REAR BODY SUPPORT BRACKET Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT CENTER FLOOR BRACE Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the grommets of the oxygen sensors.





(b) Using SST, remove the oxygen sensors.





SST : 09224-00010

(c) Remove the 4 bolts and 4 nuts.





(d) Remove the 2 bolts, 2 compression springs and front exhaust pipe assembly.





(e) Remove the 3 gaskets.

8. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the tail exhaust pipe assembly from the 6 exhaust pipe supports.





9. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE DAMPER

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and exhaust pipe damper.





10. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE BAFFLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a plastic hammer, uniformly tap off the tail exhaust pipe baffle sub-assembly.
