Installation

WIPER / WASHER: WASHER MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.

2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer jar and pump assembly with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Install the upper part of the windshield washer jar and pump assembly to the windshield washer jar and pump assembly.

(c) Install the bolt.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(d) Connect each connector.

(e) Connect the washer hose.

3. INSTALL NO. 3 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the guide to install the No. 3 cool air intake duct sub-assembly.

(b) Install the 2 bolts.

(d) Install the clip.

4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT UPPER FENDER PROTECTOR LH Installation

8. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

9. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

10. ADD WASHER FLUID

(a) Add washer fluid to the washer jar.

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

16. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING Adjustments

17. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT Adjustments

18. PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

19. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments

20. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
