Installation

AUDIO / VIDEO: RADIO ANTENNA CORD: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the antenna cord sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

(b) for Manual Transmission:

(1) Engage the 12 clamps.

(c) for Automatic Transmission:

(1) Engage the 11 clamps.

(d) Connect each connector.

2. INSTALL ANTENNA ASSEMBLY WITH HOLDER

(a) Install the antenna assembly with holder as shown in the illustration.

(b) Engage the claw and install the antenna assembly with holder with the nut.

3. INSTALL ANTENNA ORNAMENT

(a) Install the antenna ornament.

4. INSTALL ANTENNA NUT

(a) Install the antenna nut by turning it in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

5. INSTALL ROOF ANTENNA POLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the roof antenna pole sub-assembly by turning it in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

6. INSTALL QUARTER WINDOW WITH REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

7. MANUALLY OPEN QUARTER WINDOW ASSEMBLY

8. INSTALL QUARTER WINDOW GLASS FEMALE STABILIZER

9. INSTALL REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

11. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR WEATHERSTRIP Installation

12. INSTALL BACK DOOR STOPPER CUSHION LH Installation

13. INSTALL BACK DOOR STOPPER CUSHION RH

14. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR UPPER END WEATHERSTRIP

15. INSTALL AMPLIFIER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 clamps to install the amplifier antenna assembly.

(b) Install the bolt.

(c) Connect the connector.

16. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) w/o Manual (SOS) Switch:

(1) Engage the 7 clamps to install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

(2) Install the bolt.

(3) Connect the 2 connectors.

(b) w/ Manual (SOS) Switch:

(1) Engage the 7 clamps to install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

(2) Install the bolt.

(3) Connect the 3 connectors.

17. INSTALL SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the satellite radio antenna assembly.

(b) Place the antenna cord in the cutout of the antenna nut.

(c) Install the satellite radio antenna assembly with the antenna nut.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (45 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

(d) Connect the connector.

18. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

19. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the clamp and install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

20. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD ASSEMBLY

21. INSPECT QUARTER WINDOW ASSEMBLY

22. ADJUST QUARTER WINDOW ASSEMBLY

23. INSTALL QUARTER SERVICE HOLE COVER

24. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM BRACKET Installation

26. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Installation

27. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER
