A960E AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: PARK / NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

2. SEPARATE FLOOR SHIFT GEAR SHIFTING ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the park/neutral position switch connector.





(b) Remove the nut and transmission control shaft lever RH.





(c) Using a screwdriver, pry out the lock washer.





(d) Remove the lock nut and lock washer.

(e) Remove the bolt and park/neutral position switch.
