Removal

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: FRONT BLOWER MOTOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE FRONT BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o PTC Heater)

(a) Disengage the clamp and disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the 3 screws and front blower motor sub-assembly.

NOTICE:
Do not reuse the front blower motor sub-assembly if it has been damaged or received an impacted.

3. REMOVE FRONT BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ PTC Heater)

(a) Remove the felt tape to the extent that the screw can be removed.

(b) Remove the quick heater connector screw.

(c) Disengage the clamp and disconnect the connector.

(d) Remove the 3 screws and front blower motor sub-assembly.

NOTICE:
Do not reuse the front blower motor sub-assembly if it has been damaged or received an impacted.
